Please convey to her my thanks for the information. Please clarify the following two points: (1) I see that, after the end of May, your office will send a statement to the Attorney General's office claiming (falsely) that I am not complying with 5 ILCS 420. How does this statement work? Who at the Attorney General's office receives this information from the Office of the Secretary of State? (2) I see that, starting at the beginning of May, your office will send me letters demanding checks for $15 and then $100 per day. Aside from sending me threatening letters, and sending the above (false) statement to the Attorney General, will your office take any other action regarding my case? Some notes regarding communication: I would have preferred the requested fax. You should, in any case, have sent me email saying that a letter was on the way. Overall your office has done a fairly incompetent job of providing information to me over the past five weeks. ---D. J.
