If you are attending Eurocrypt 2005, you can arrange for an extra night via your Eurocrypt hotel reservation form. Otherwise, please see the ECRYPT registration form. To obtain the stated room prices (at Eurocrypt) you must book through the conference secretariat KongresKompagniet. KongresKompagniet is also handling the registration of this workshop. |
| Cancellation |
Notification of cancellation must be in writing and sent to KongresKompagniet. Cancellation before May 1, 2005 the registration fee except a cancellation charge of DKK 100 will be refunded. By cancellation after this date there will be no refund. Cancellation of hotel reservation – hotel rooms can be cancelled no later than 3 days before date of arrival. For cancellation after this deadline a bill for the first night will be sent. If there is no-shows, the bill will be sent to the person who did not cancel in advance. |
