Mr. Berstein,

I have forwarded all information to my Director and she is in contact with Mr.
Maddox regarding this. I will forward her this email as well. Any decision on
this matter would be determined by them. Ms. Cooper would not need to be copied
on your emails, she is our contact person for emails or requests that come in
for our department. My director's name is Jacqueline Price. I received your
written letter on April 8, 2005 and forwarded it to my Director last week.
