     The Motion to Reschedule Oral Argument is GRANTED. Oral argument is
rescheduled for March 21, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. in San Francisco.
     In addition, both parties shall file supplimental briefs not to exceed 25 pages
addressing the impact of the revised encryption export regulations. The
briefs shall be filed 21 days after the revisions are issued by the
Department of Commerce.
